Aalu Gobi ko Sabji Nepali Recipe | Aloo Gobi Curry

Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 red medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
- 1 cup tomato ( 4 big tomato )
- 3 Green Chillis
- 3 cup Cauliflower
- 1 table spoon Gram Masala
- 1 table spoon kasmiri red chilli powder
- Water as per the need
- Salt to taste
- 3 table spoon veg oil
- A handful of Chopped green coriander
