Aalu Gobi ko Sabji Nepali Recipe | Aloo Gobi Curry

Aloo gobi ko tarkari, also known as aloo cauli or cauliflower curry is widely popular in Nepal. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 
  • 1 red medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 cup tomato ( 4 big tomato )
  • 3 Green Chillis
  • 3 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 table spoon Gram Masala
  • 1 table spoon kasmiri red chilli powder
  • Water as per the need
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 table spoon veg oil
  • A handful of Chopped green coriander
