How to make Pulao / Pulau

INGREDIENTS

- 1 Glass of Basmati Rice – soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 Glass of water
- 4 tbsp of butter or ghee (gheu)
- 2 bay leaf (tej pat)
- 1/2 cup of peas (kerau)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 Cardamom (sukmel)
- 1 handful of raisins (kishmish)
- 1 handful Cashew nuts. (kaju)
- 3 Cinnamon stick (dalchini)
- 2 Dry Chili (सुकेको खुर्सानी )
- 3 cloves (ल्वाङ )
