Chicken gizzards (पांग्रा फ्राई) are a popular food throughout the world. You can find Gizzards sold as street food in Haiti and Southeast Asia and in soup in Mexico. In Africa, chicken gizzards are served fried, boiled, or grilled, and in Europe, they're featured in salads. In Nepal it is called Pangra in Nepali language and this pangra fry is popular snack of Nepal.
